Tutorships

Many students have a tough time with one course or another. That’s why we decided to help. Building on past successes, MAK Mentorship System TiSEM, Faculty Association Asset organise tutorships.


Tutorships

In addition to the regular program, first year students are given the opportunity to attend extra classes in one of the courses listed below. Groups of about twelve students will be formed to receive extra coaching from a tutor, an older student with specific knowledge and skills in that particular area. These tutoring classes review assignments from regular classes as well as extra assignments and old exams.   

In the 3rd and 4th study unit tutorships will be given for statistics courses. Classes will start in the second week of the study unit and will last till the end of the semester. Costs are 45euros for 14 classes. Each tutoring class lasts 90 minutes. The language spoken in the tutorships corresponds to the official language spoken in the course.

subscription in the week of January 25th, start in the week of February 1st

 


Registration

You can register for tutorships for the second semester via COMAP.

You must follow the following steps:

Login with your username and password

Click on ‘access to COMAP’ (upper right)

Click on ‘FEB’

Click on ‘I select subject  tutorials MAK/Asset’

Choose the course in which you want to enroll

 

Important: If classes are full you can enroll in the ‘reserve classes’ (waiting list). We do our best to add extra classes and to start these up as soon as possible. If we’re able to place you in a new class we’ll let you know.
